Patrick and Pam are always the best host/hostess. Very responsive. They have 2 homes that I have stayed at and I recommend both highly. This is my 6th time being their guest. I have found my go to place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Right off the Parkway and no steep curvy narrow roads to have to deal with.

Patrick’s place was PERFECT for our joint Spring Break family getaway with 5 kids under 3. Patrick’s communication was quick and concise. He provided local, appropriate stops for our group. The location was excellent, placing us 5 minutes from all the major stops we made.

Everything about this location was amazing! The accessibility of everything being so close was extremely convenient. The house even looked better in person than picture and so much to do with all the gaming options. The host was quick at responding and helped with everything needed. Recommend 10/10!!

This place accommodated our family of 8 extremely well! Our boys loved the game room and fire pit! My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub back yard retreat ! Would definitely stay again!

The hosts were always prompt to respond. The house looks even better than the pictures. Home was very cozy and the floors are immaculate. The place was very clean and everything was stocked. The host host made sure to give very detailed instructions for check in and check out and they even gave recommendations for things to do in the area. There are lots of extra touches to the game room. You will love this home!

We decided to book a last minute overnight trip to Pigeon Forge with my Family and this place was nothing short of amazing! Beds were so comfortable! Hot tub was exactly what we needed! My kids loved the game room! So close to tje parkway! The hosts were exceptional and even let us have a late checkout! Will definitely be coming back!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house. We wont rent anything else when we go to Gatlinburg. House is beautiful, just as described & more. Close to town, in a peaceful setting. The game room is amazing, plenty of games for kids & adults. Definitely would recommend!

We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and I can honestly say this is one of the best. The houses are tastefully decorated inside and out, with comfort and beauty in mind. We enjoyed the beautiful stream that runs along the road, it’s a great place for a nice walk. It was a great realization to see how many good restaurants were so close. We visited the island several times, which was only about five minutes away. This house is definitely super hosted.
